SELF-PAY Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and credit cards.
Medicaid/Managed Medicaid beneficiaries are not accepted at our clinic (Cannot schedule).
Self pay is not permitted for Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage beneficiaries (CMS Federal/State Regulations).
We do not participate with commercial insurers, but you are welcome to schedule under self pay if you have commercial insurance.
If you have commercial insurance, you may request an itemized receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement that can also apply to your out of network deductible. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed. We do not bill commercial insurers directly.
MEDICARE - Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine
We participate with Medicare Part B. Covered services are billed directly to Medicare. Copayments and deductibles apply as determined by Medicare. This includes Medicare Advantage plans. However, we are considered out of network for the Medicare Advantage. Self-pay is not an option for Medicare covered services.
